- For his innovative efforts in completing a number of unfinished real estate projects, Accommodation Times—a fortnightly real estate newspaper—conferred Shreegopal Barasia with the title ‘Commendable Crisis Manager’. He has also received significant praise for his contributions to alleviating the sluggish Real Estate sector in Navi Mumbai.
2000 - 2004
- Mayuresh Protenz Pvt. Ltd. is set up. Fresh capital is infused.
A new consolidated unit with a capacity to process 100 TPD pulses with automated equipment is established at Khopoli. - Completed Projects – Mayuresh Cosmos, Belle Vista, Sagar Darshan and Sea Breeze
2005 - 2010
- Vishal Agarwal Joins the business
- Completed Projects – Lords, Mayuresh Srishti, Mayuresh Park
2012
- Mayuresh Residency, a residential complex of five towers of 20 storeys located at Bhandup in North Central Mumbai, is completed
- A second unit with 100 TPD capacity attached to the first unit is established at Khopoli, near Mumbai. Automated equipment is installed at the plant.
2013
- Mayuresh Planet construction is in progress, D and E phases of the Mayuresh Residency project are completed.
